3. Bookings, Payments, and Fares

• All prices and fares displayed are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are based on historical data. They are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed and ticketed.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• We accept major credit cards for payment. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to make the booking on your behalf.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

All requests for cancellations or changes to a booking are subject to the fare rules of the specific airline. Many promotional and unpublished fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. 5. User Responsibilities

TheFlights24 is not liable for any issues arising from the services provided by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or any personal injury. Our liability is limited to the value of the commission earned from your booking.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
