1. General Policy

TheFlights24 acts as a third-party travel agency. All flight bookings made through our service are subject to the fare rules, policies, and terms and conditions of the respective airline. The ability to cancel a flight and the eligibility for a refund are determined entirely by the airline.

Many of the unpublished and discounted fares we provide are **non-refundable** and **non-changeable**. We strongly advise all customers to confirm the specific fare rules with our agents at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, you must contact our customer support team directly by calling us at **(888) 507-5786**. We do not accept cancellation requests via email.

Cancellations must be requested well in advance of the scheduled departure time, as specified by the airline's policy.
Our ability to process your request is dependent on the airline's rules. We will act as your agent to facilitate the cancellation with the airline.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is not guaranteed and depends on the type of ticket purchased:

Non-Refundable Tickets: Most discounted fares are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, you will not receive a monetary refund. Some airlines may offer a future travel credit, less any applicable penalties, at their sole discretion.
Refundable Tickets: If you have purchased a refundable fare, the refund amount will be subject to the airline's policies and any applicable cancellation fees from both the airline and our agency.
Agency Fees: Our service fees for making the booking are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Important: The final decision on all refunds rests with the airline. The processing time for any eligible refund can take several weeks, as it is handled by the airline's billing department.

4. 24-Hour Cancellation Rule (U.S. DOT Regulation)

For flights to or from the United States, you may be eligible to cancel your booking without penalty within 24 hours of making the reservation, provided the booking was made at least seven days prior to the scheduled departure date. This rule is subject to the airline's adherence to the policy. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel within this 24-hour window.
