1. Electronic Tickets (E-Tickets)

All airline tickets booked through TheFlights24 are issued as electronic tickets, commonly known as e-tickets. We do not issue paper tickets. Your e-ticket serves as your official confirmation and proof of booking.

2. Confirmation Email

Immediately after your booking is successfully processed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email from us. This email will contain your itinerary details, booking reference number, and a summary of charges. This email is your receipt of purchase but is not your e-ticket.

3. Receiving Your E-Tickets

Your official e-ticket, which includes the airline's confirmation number, will be sent in a separate email. The delivery timeframe for your e-ticket can vary:

  • Standard Bookings: For most bookings, you will receive your e-ticket within 4 to 6 hours of the booking confirmation.
  • Complex Itineraries: For more complex bookings involving multiple airlines or special fares, it may take up to 24 hours to receive your e-ticket.
  • Urgent Departures: If your flight departs within 24 hours, we will prioritize your booking to ensure you receive your e-ticket as soon as possible.

4. Verification and Accuracy

Upon receiving your e-ticket confirmation, it is your responsibility to thoroughly review all details, including passenger names, flight dates, times, and routes. 5. If You Don't Receive Your Ticket

If you have not received your e-ticket within 24 hours of your booking confirmation, please contact our 24/7 customer support team immediately. Our agents will investigate the status of your ticket and ensure it is delivered to you promptly.
